Privacy and personal data

When you contact Coffeerian, your name, email, optional phone and company details, group size and message are stored to assess and respond to your enquiry. The form does not create a booking or payment.

Only an authorised administrator can access enquiries. Hosting and data storage use Cloudflare infrastructure. Depending on provider infrastructure, data may be processed in different countries. Please avoid sharing unnecessary personal or sensitive information.

Enquiry data is retained while needed for communication and applicable record obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion through the contact form with the subject “personal data”.

Apart from essential administration sessions, analytics and advertising tools are disabled by default. They load only when configured by the administrator and accepted through your cookie preferences. You can update your choice using the footer link.
